Yes. Reach out via the contact form below and we’ll set aside time for you to see the space before you book. Every new client does a tour before their first session.
Give at least 48 hours’ notice for a refund or to move your session. Refunds are not given for last-day cancellations. For November and December bookings, please reach out at least 7 days ahead to cancel or reschedule. Time is money — don’t ghost your slot.
The studio is 1,100 square feet with plenty of open space for your session.
No. When you arrive for your scheduled session, you are the sole photographer on the premises — private and comfortable for you and your clients.
Yes. There’s a counter in the front lobby with a chair, plus a Lume Cube Flex Light Pro for extra lighting if needed.
Multiple unique sets, 1,100 sq ft of space, access to our prop room and backdrops (or bring your own). Your rental includes: selected timeframe (setup and breakdown within that time), prop room access, large ADA-accessible private bathroom, lockbox code and access instructions within 24 hours of your session day (your time starts at your selected time; the box does not open earlier), payment in full at booking. Note: the elevator turns off after 8pm. Black and white Savage paper rolls are available; snacks and drinks in the lobby are complimentary. We offer a large assortment of backdrops and Savage paper rolls. Additional backdrops are on shelves in the studio; all are available to use. Savage paper rolls are an add-on except for black and white, which are included. Check the What's Included page for options. If you use any backdrops or paper, set them up and break them down and return them to where you found them.
Your rental starts at the agreed time and does not include extra setup time. If you need additional time for setup, hair, or makeup, we can add it to your agreement. Access is via door code; extra time used will be charged.
Yes. Return all props and items to where you found them and leave the space as you found it. If you had animals or the space got messy, please vacuum. For cake smashes or a lot of session trash, take it with you and use the dumpster behind the building. Trash bags are in the prop room.
Yes. There’s a large lot at the building. Park closest to the florist on the first level, then take the stairs or elevator to the second level where the studio is located.
Text Jackalope Photo Studio (you’ll get a text the day of with your door code — use that thread). If there’s availability after your session, we can add time for an additional fee.
Text us with photos of what happened. There may be a damage charge unless it’s normal wear and tear.
Food and drinks are allowed in the studio, but we ask that you keep them out of the studio rooms to protect furniture and bedding. Drinks and snacks in the lobby are complimentary.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Contact us before your session if you plan to bring a pet.
Full lighting details are on the What's Included page. We use constant LED lights — plug in, switch on, and you’re lit. Two lights are in the main space (LED wall and Lume Cube XL); the rest are in the prop room, ready when you are.
